Pudge go away!


Ok so, I have had a tough time with my “pudge”, the lower part of my stomach, since I can remember ahhhhh!! So frustrating. I have tried a lot of different work outs and now I even eat clean…..and still it remains, the pudge won’t budge! So I came across a few articles that I am excited about! So healthfreedom.org has a recipe for a drink that will not only get rid of the pudge but also repair akin and give you extra energy!! I am going to give this a try; just from looking at the ingredients it looks promising 😉


½ to 1 Tablespoon –  Turmeric Powder

½ to 1 Tablespoon – Ginger Powder

½ Teaspoon – Cayenne Pepper (also great for heart health

5 Tablespoon – Lemon Juice (organic is best)

1 Tablespoon – Stevia

1 Liter of Water (preferably not tap water)


  1. Heat water on a stove.
  1. When it starts boiling, put it aside, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, take a pitcher, and put all the ingredients in it.
  3. Pour the water over them and mix it well.
  4. Drink this throughout the day.

They say after 10 days you will see awesome results and you can use the drink for as long as you need.
